Bethlehem Arab Society for Rehabilitation (BASR) received His Excellency the Mayor of Hebron, Mr. Tayseer Abu Sneineh, municipal members, Dr. Shehadeh Al-Rajabi, Engineer Abdel-Rahman Bader, and a delegation from the Hebron Municipality staff. The visit included an introduction and a tour of  BASR’s facilities and departments. There was a meeting held to discuss ways of cooperation with the aim of improving the situation of persons with disabilities in the city of Hebron through coordinating joint efforts with the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program at BASR, and enhancing the inclusion of issues and rights of persons with disabilities, including establishing mechanisms for their access through comprehensive surveys and establishing clear references for this purpose.
